SHIPMENT INFORMATION

PREPARATION AND SHIPPING PROCESS

We process all orders from Monday to Friday and ship them via courier service (24 business hours), properly packaged.

Every business day, we prepare all orders received before 12:00 PM and ship them for scheduled delivery on the next business day. For example:

If you place an order from Monday to Thursday before 12:00 PM, we will prepare it immediately, and you will receive your coffee the next day.

If you place an order on Monday afternoon, we will prepare it on Tuesday, and you will receive it on Wednesday.

The longest delivery time usually occurs with orders placed on Thursday afternoon, which are prepared on Friday and received on Monday.

Finally, if you place an order over the weekend (from Friday at 12:00 PM), we will prepare it on Monday, and you will receive it on Tuesday.

Please note that on public holidays in Madrid, where we roast the coffee, we cannot prepare orders, and on public holidays in your location, deliveries cannot be made.

NATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

We currently ship across Spain, and our shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight. The options are as follows:

Deliveries in Madrid with GLS, Correos Express, or Paack within 24-48 business hours:*

Up to 1.5 kg: €3.50

More than 1.5 kg: €4.50

Deliveries in mainland Spain with GLS, Correos Express, or Paack within 24-48 business hours:*

Up to 1.5 kg: €4.50

More than 1.5 kg: €6.50

*Paack allows selecting a time slot depending on the postal code.

Customers with a coffee subscription will receive a 10% discount on shipping costs (valid only for mainland Spain).

Shipping to the Balearic Islands costs €6.99 up to 4 kg. For orders over 4 kg, the shipping cost is €9.99. The delivery time is 48-72 business hours.

Shipping to the Canary Islands costs €9.99 up to 4 kg. For orders over 4 kg, the shipping cost is €15.99. The delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. Occasionally, delivery times to the Canary Islands may be affected due to customs processing.

The buyer will be responsible for paying any customs fees associated with the order upon receipt.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

For shipping to Portugal, we work with GLS, with a delivery time of 48-72 business hours. The shipping cost is €7.00 up to 2 kg. For orders from 2 kg to 5 kg, the cost is €7.50. For orders over 5 kg, the cost is €8.00.

For shipping to the rest of Europe, we work with FedEx and GLS, with a delivery time of 5 to 11 business days.
