Use a coffee-to-water ratio of 1:15, that is, 15 grams of coffee for 225 grams of water. The coffee grind should be fine to medium.

Preparation

STEP 1 – GRIND AND WEIGH

Grind 15g of coffee, medium-fine grind

STEP 2 – PREPARATION

Flip the Aeropress and add the coffee, then pour water until the coffee is fully covered. Stir and let it bloom for 30 seconds. Next, pour the remaining water in a circular motion until reaching 225ml. Let it steep for 2½ minutes.

STEP 3 – RINSE AND STIR

Meanwhile, place the paper filter and rinse it to remove any paper taste.

STEP 4 – ATTACH AND PRESS

Screw the cap with the filter. Place a cup underneath and invert the Aeropress onto it.

Begin pressing slowly until all the coffee has been extracted.

STEP 5 – SERVE AND ENJOY!

Remove the Aeropress and enjoy your coffee.
