Preparation

STEP 1 – GRIND AND WEIGH

Grind 68g of coffee with a coarse grind.

STEP 2 – FILL WITH COFFEE

Twist the filter open and add the coffee to the compartment. Replace the top part of the filter and screw it back onto the bottle.

STEP 3 – FILL WITH WATER

Fill the bottle up to the top square mark with cold filtered water and gently shake.

STEP 4 – WAIT TIME

Let it rest in the fridge for 12 - 24 hours. The steeping time depends on how strong you like your coffee. Once the time has passed, remove the filter, pour yourself a coffee, and put it back in the fridge. You can keep your cold brew in the fridge for several days without losing its properties.
