Preparation

STEP 1 – GRIND AND WEIGH

Grind 20g of coffee to a medium grind.

STEP 2 – PREPARE THE FILTER

Place the paper filter in the cone and rinse it with hot water to remove any paper taste. Discard the water remaining in the carafe and place your scale under the coffee maker.

STEP 3 – COFFEE AND FIRST BLOOM

Add the 20g of ground coffee evenly into the filter. Then pour the first 40g of hot water at about 96°C slowly in circular motions. Let the coffee rest and bloom, releasing gases, for 30–40 seconds.

STEP 4 – CONTINUE POURING

Keep pouring water slowly in circular motions from the center outward until you reach 340g.

STEP 5 – SERVE AND ENJOY!

Remove the cone, swirl the carafe, and pour into your favorite cup. There you have it, Fanático.
