Frequently Asked Questions

We designed this subscription service for your convenience. Choose the coffee you want to receive, with your preferred grind, select how often you want it delivered, and Fanático will make sure your order arrives on time so you never run out of coffee at home or in the office.
When setting up your subscription, you can choose the frequency: every 15 days, every month, every month and a half, or every two months. In the next steps, you can select the coffee you want with your preferred grind. Finally, you can also add any of our teas, infusions, or gourmet products.
Customers with a coffee subscription will receive a 10% discount on shipping costs. Both the carrier and shipping costs will remain the same as in the first subscription order. If you modify the delivery address for any delivery, shipping costs will be recalculated.
Subscriptions only accept card payments.
It will be charged periodically to the same card used for the first subscription order.
Three days before delivery, you will receive an email reminding you of your next order, with options to skip it or have it delivered to a different address.
Keep in mind that deliveries are made on business days, so if your delivery is scheduled for a weekend or holiday, it will be sent on the next business day.
It’s possible that receiving your subscription order isn’t convenient. If that happens, we make it easy:
If you won’t be home to receive your order, we suggest you change the delivery address so you can continue enjoying your coffee.
If you still prefer not to receive your order, you can skip it. No problem. Skip it and receive your coffee next month.
You can make these changes from My Account -> Subscriptions, as long as it’s more than 48 hours before the next automatic order.
Here’s an example: You have a monthly subscription. Your order was scheduled for November 20th, but you decide to skip it. You won’t receive your order on November 20th, but if you take no further action, you’ll receive it on December 20th.
This option is not currently available. To do this, you would need to cancel the subscription from My Account -> Subscriptions and create a new one.
There’s no commitment; you can cancel your subscription at any time.
